Chula Vista, CA… TSA Construction, Inc. is progressing on construction of the Mater Dei Catholic Church located at 1571 Magdalena Drive. On October 2nd crews successfully placed a 35,000 pound, 106-foot truss above what will be the altar of the church. A 400-ton hydraulic crane was used to move the truss. When complete, this 17,420-square-foot, 1-story, wood-frame and stucco worship building will have a seating capacity of 1,000, as well as other ancillary and supporting spaces.
