San Diego, CA… TSA Construction, Inc. broke ground on construction of The Salvation Army’s Rady Residence located at their existing Door of Hope campus on Health Center Drive. In attendance were Ernest and Evelyn Rady who donated $50 million towards The Salvation Army’s homeless programs, making this project possible. San Diego City Councilmember (District 7), Scott Sherman was also in attendance.
