TSA has completed phase 1 of Marine Medical and is currently progressing on phase 2. The 9,843-square-foot project is a complete building renovation of an existing occupied 2-story medical office building located in a busy area of La Jolla. The scope of work includes the addition of enclosed areas on the first and second levels, and terraces on the second level. All work is being completed while the building remains occupied. Completion is scheduled for June 2020.
