Waypoint Public – Del Sur
This 3,400 SF restaurant tenant improvement project was in an existing shell space located in the new Del Sur Town Center and includes a new 500 SF outdoor patio. The restaurant features a dining area with lounge seating, a full service bar with a walk in beer cooler, a children’s area with a “Cubby wall”, and an open kitchen. The scope of the construction included food service equipment, electrical systems, HVAC systems, plumbing, and interior walls and slab. This is the second project that TSA has completed for Waypoint Public.
