New construction of a three-story 81,750 SF structural steel Class A office building with related site improvements and 327 parking spaces. Ventana Real Phase II was constructed between two existing operating facilities. Maintaining access for tenants and businesses was critical as well as mitigating the impacts of construction. TSA was able to save the client 5% of the original budget.
