This 3-building office park underwent a $6.5 million redesign that includes dedicated amenity areas for each building. The scope of work consisted of gutting each building, replacing the existing glazing with high performance glazing, new roof and HVAC, adding new glass roll-up doors, new architectural building finishes, new hardscape, and new landscaping. The interior space is flexible for full-building users or multi-tenant occupancy. TSA was able to complete the Oberlin on an accelerated schedule.
The 62,400 SF business complex is a dog friendly office environment, setting the standard for creative space in Sorrento Mesa. Building exteriors with sleek aluminum louvers and clear glass enhance the indoor/outdoor connection of the tenant spaces. Roll-up doors open to outdoor patios that nurture the work/life balance. Interiors offer inventive loft space, opening to high-volume ground floor space.
