Schiefer & Sons Building at Petco Park
Relocated next to San Diego’s PETCO Park, this project consisted of structural rehabilitation and seismic retrofit of the historic masonry Schiefer & Sons building. The award winning project received recognition from the City of San Diego Historical Resources Board and the Save Our Heritage Organization. The Schiefer & Sons building also received an AIA San Diego Design Award and was a 2008 Orchid Award Winner from the San Diego Architectural Foundation. Three percent of the contract value was returned to the owner during the reconciliation of the GMP contract.
