San Diego Science Center

Redeveloped the former Mission Bay Hospital into an incubator generic lab configuration, totaling 105,000 SF. The design-build project involved complete interior demolition of the 3-story hospital and rebuilding the space into laboratories and offices on all floors. In addition, a 16,000 SF contract vivarium was developed on the first floor with full cage wash and autoclave. The project included all new HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.
