INOVA Diagnostics

Developed an existing 76,000 SF multi-tenant building, involving complete demolition of the interior and space build-out for a FDA approved Blood Diagnostic Test Kit Facility. INOVA researches, designs, manufactures, packages and ships these kits worldwide directly from this facility. The project included a new central plant and air handling system, upgraded electrical services, validated clean room and packaging labs and all related casework and finishes.
