This 14,488 SF project for Delawie consisted of tenant improvements to an existing 2-story office building and includes new open office areas, multiple conference rooms, break room area, IT room, restrooms, and storage areas. The scope of work for Delawie also included enclosing open stairs, new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing, a roof deck addition, and new finishes throughout.
