Redevelopment of a 12,000 SF warehouse into a 19,000 SF world class FDA certified cGMP Chemical Development Facility. The scope of work included demolition of a 2-story warehouse and building a state-of-the-art facility. Encompassed Kilo laboratories with Class 10,000 suites, a Class 1000 area, multiple chemical fume hoods, lab support and general administration space. The second floor and roof were designed of structural steel and 6 inches of concrete to support seven roof top air handlers and additional mechanical equipment.
