The building will consist of glass, cement plaster, Corten steel and aluminum in a contemporary design. Using sustainable design cues, the ground level parking utilizes permeable materials (pavers and DG) and a second level green roof, along with long overhangs to deter high solar heat gain. TSA provided construction services for several large expansion and renovation projects at Barona Resort and Casino. The scope included renovations of hotel rooms and luxury suites, as well as a major building expansion for the Sage restaurant. Work also consisted of constructing a new Italian Cucina restaurant, Barona Oaks Steakhouse, which is a five-star restaurant, and a Seafood & Oyster Bar, with a 4,500 SF kitchen to service the three restaurants.
