Coronado, CA… TSA Construction, Inc. has completed site renovations to the Vista Walk at Hotel del Coronado. The Vista Walk is a picturesque location for ceremonies and other outdoor events at the hotel. The scope of work consisted of the removal of existing landscape and hardscape to provide a new ADA compliant plaza as well as elevating and expanding the Vista Walk to one level. The work also preserved the famed Dragon Tree next to the resort entrance, which was the backdrop for a scene featuring Jack Lemmon in drag in the movie “Some Like It Hot.” TSA provided preconstruction services for this project as.
Chula Vista, CA…TSA Construction is progressing on construction of the Mater Dei Catholic Church located at 1571 Magdalena Drive. The foundations are complete and the concrete slab is currently being poured for this 17,420-square-foot, 1-story, wood-frame and stucco worship building. The church will have a seating capacity of 1,000, as well as other ancillary and supporting spaces. The site development will include modifications to a small portion of the existing surface parking lot, paved courtyards, walks, ramps, landscaping and irrigation as well as required grading, drainage and utility improvements.
