In 2003, Pam and Terry Arnett founded TSA Construction, a general contracting business based in San Diego with a satellite office in Orange County, and has since completed commercial construction projects in California, Arizona, and as far as the Caribbean. In 2018, Pam and Terry appointed their daughter, Amanda, as chief financial officer. TSA specializes in preconstruction, ground up construction, site development and renovations, tenant improvements, and historical and building renovations. Built on integrity and accountability, TSA’s primary goal has always been client satisfaction.

Pamela has more than 30 years of business experience working with architects, brokers, developers, and subcontractors in the construction industry. Her expertise provides the company with growth and stability. Pamela has been involved in CREW as well as The Downtown San Diego Partnership.
Terry is a 38-year construction veteran with a solid reputation built on integrity. He started out in the field building apartments and worked his way up from project manager to executive. Prior to starting TSA Construction, Terry was a partner for a general contractor that was ranked numerous times in ENR’s Top 400 Contractors in the nation. From ground up construction to tenant improvements, he has overseen 15 million square feet of construction combined in San Diego and Orange County. Terry is currently on the Board of Directors of The Downtown San Diego Partnership.
Amanda started her construction career over eight years ago and has continually worked her way up the company ladder. Most recently she served as construction manager for the Barona Resort and Casino Phase 3 Expansion project. Throughout her career, Amanda has been active in the Downtown San Diego Partnership, CREW, and NAIOP. As Chief Financial Officer, she is responsible for the financial management of the company and is involved in the strategic planning for operations. Amanda received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Azusa Pacific University.
