7300 Girard Ave. MOB Renovation Complete
TSA has completed the renovation of 7300 Girard Ave. (formerly called Marine Medical). This project was a complete building renovation of an existing occupied 2-story medical office building located in a busy area of La Jolla. Scope included the addition of enclosed areas on the first and second levels, and terraces on the second level. The 9,843 SF project was completed in phases while the building remained occupied. With Rady’s Children being a tenant in the building, TSA took great care to ensure that the patients and staff were safe and away from the construction area by redirecting them with wall barricades and signage.
