TSA Construction Completes Pechanga Resort & Casino Expansion Project
TSA Construction, a full-service general contracting company based in San Diego, has completed an expansion and restoration of the Pechanga Resort & Casino. As part of the project, TSA extended and restored a portion of the resort’s existing RV Park, constructed a new Market Center for added retailers and expanded the existing Gas Station Market.
“The Southern California casino industry is a competitive market, therefore, reinvesting in an attraction like the RV Park and adding new and improved amenities is a key element in attracting visitors. It is vital for brands, especially resorts, to constantly refresh the guest experience in order to stay relevant,” said Terry Arnett, owner and president of TSA Construction.
As part of the Pechanga RV Park expansion project, TSA Construction added 41 additional luxury RV sites, as well as various site improvements to the resort, including the development of an outdoor guest pavilion, a new administrative building and renovations to the existing clubhouse. The clubhouse offers an array of new amenities for guests, including two full kitchens, built-in barbecues, and more laundry, shower and restroom areas.
The project’s tenant renovation included the development of The Market Center, a new one-story, shell building designed to house a retail shopping center of approximately 10,500 square feet. The shell has space for seven possible future tenants. TSA Construction was also contracted to expand and remodel The Gas Station Market, which is comprised of the existing gas station and adjoining mini-mart, as well as construction of a new auto detailing building. The Market Center and Gas Station Market connect via a public plaza with landscaping, seating and shade structures.
Arnett added, “These types of improvements are not only beneficial to the casino, but also the area’s overall economy. The added RV spaces and various other site improvements at Pechanga will increase the number of visitors to the Temecula area.”
“Our team of experienced professionals lead the project in a precise and diligent way, resulting in successful outcomes for TSA Construction and the Pechanga Resort alike,” said Arnett.
