TSA Completes New Office Space for Countywide Mechanical Systems
San Diego, CA – TSA Construction has completed tenant improvements for Countywide Mechanical Systems new office space located in El Cajon. Renovations of this 21,000 SF project consisted of a high-end lobby and conference room. Scope of work included demolition of walls, doors and frames, removal of carpet, VCT and base, ceiling tile, grid, lights and diffusers, restroom tile, fixtures and accessories, millwork, glass storefront, and window coverings and replacing with all new decorative lighting.
Architectural Concepts was the interior designer. Engineering Consultants consisted of Plum Engineering as plumbing and mechanical engineer, MPE Consultant as electrical engineer, Florez Engineering as civil engineer, and Dodd & Associates as structural engineer. TSA representatives included Ben Briggs as senior project manager, Kristen Freeman as project manager, and Aaron Zieman as superintendent.
Major subcontractors included Certified Concrete, Modern Masonry, Progressive Steel, Davis Framing, Planet Reuse, Mark Beamish Waterproofing, Manson Engineering Construction, Hess Roofing, Buxcon, VBI Door, Apptek Industries, Tubbs Enterprise, Finest City Acoustics, Windco Painting, R.W. Little, Dominique Laroche Contracting, Southwest Specialties, Paramount Fire, R.L. Fick Plumbing, Apex Mechanical, Prime Electrical, and Best Maintenance.
